What's the difference between the Cigar Bar and the Mobile Lounge packages?

With the Cigar Bar, we set up a tent with tables and chairs for the perfect outdoor cigar smoking experience. The Mobile Cigar lounge is an indoor smoking experience in our fully-climatized mobile lounge. The Cigar Bar provides an alternative for those locations where it may not be practical to park our Mobile Lounge. For example, if your location does not have ample parking for the Mobile Lounge, or your driveway is too steep, the Cigar Bar is the perfect solution. Both packages provide an unforgettable experience you are sure to love.

What do your services include?

All our packages include a three-hour experience. We provide comfy chairs, and ashtrays in each package and include 20 cigars. We will also provide cutting and lighting services. Additional cigars and accessories will be available for purchase.

How are cigars selected for my package?

Before your event, we will provide you with a selection of five (5) cigars to choose from. If you prefer something that is not included in the list of choices, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you, based on market value and availability.

Can I add more time to my event?

Yes! We'll extend the time we are at your event for $200 for each additional hour. Advance notice is requested to guarantee your additional time. If you decide you want additional time on the day of your request we will try to accommodate, pending our event schedule.

What cigar brands do you carry?

We are proud to carry all the big-name brands and several boutique brands. If there is a specific brand you would like for your event, please reach out to us and let us know so we can make sure to have it on hand for you.

How much is the required deposit?

We require a 50% deposit of package price at the time of booking. Any applicable add-ons (i.e. a cigar roller) should be paid in full 24 hours before your event. The 50% balance on your package price is due at the conclusion of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded their deposit minus a $200 non-refundable fee. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

There will be a lot of people at my event. Can I combine the Cigar Bar and Mobile Lounge packages?

Absolutely! We are happy to set up both the Cigar Bar and Mobile Lounge for your event. Please contact us for pricing.

Are any beverages provided? Is alcohol permitted?

Beverages are not provided, however we are a BYOB and encourage you to bring your favorite beverage to accompany your cigars. We do not charge a corking fee.

Do you carry Cuban cigars?

No, unfortunately it is illegal to sell Cuban cigars in the U.S. due to the trade embargo.
